The BenQ X600 digital camera blends portability with a good feature set. The company unveiled its latest model at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas this week.

Benq claims the X600 is the world’s smallest 6MP camera. It comes with a super-multi-coated Pentax lens, a 2.5-inch high-resolution LTPS LCD screen, and MPEG-4 VGA movie recording up to 30 frames per second.

The camera is supplied with an internal memory storage capacity of 23 MB and sports special modes like NightScene, Landscape, Portrait etc.

The X600 is now available at a price of $399.
