This very nice camera is the Nikon Coolpix S10. It looks a lot like the S4 with the swivel design, powerful zoomlens and big display.
It is a camera I seriously considered when I wanted to upgrade from my old A80: a lightweight versatile superzoom to carry everywhere!
There was some hope the S4 would work for digiscoping too, but it wasn’t.

Now Nikon upgraded this little wonder - and what has changed?
Not the number of megapixels (6) and 10x zoomlens (38 - 380mm). However, the camera has “Vibration Reduction” (a must for a superzoom) and increased sensitivity (ISO 800).
Unfortunately, the S10 runs on a dedicated Li-ion battery, where the S4 enjoyed a pair a standard AA cells.

So, what to think of this S10? Sure it’s a very beautiful camera with a clever design. It can travel with you wherever your other equipment fails to zoom enough.
And if you don’t care about filters and stuff, this camera will bring a lot of satisfaction!
